These terms apply to your use of autoshoprep.com. AutoShopRep is operated by Oxionz LTD, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms.
1. Using this website
Use this website lawfully. Don't interfere with how it works, try to access it without permission, or use it to infringe anyone else's rights.
2. Enquiries, audits and demos
Submitting a form, booking a free shop audit or asking for an AI Receptionist demo does not, by itself, create a paid contract. Free audits and demos are offered at our discretion and may change or end at any time.
3. Services, prices and payment
Prices on this website are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. They are a guide only. Your written quote or service agreement sets the final scope, price, billing and any setup fee. Plans are month to month unless your agreement says otherwise. Offers such as founding-workshop pricing are limited and may be withdrawn once filled.
4. Our promises
Promises shown on this website, such as going live in 7 days, apply as set out in your service agreement and depend on you giving us the information and access we need on time.
5. Your content and accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you give us, and for your Google Business Profile, phone number, domain and other accounts, unless your agreement says otherwise. You keep ownership of your reviews, phone number and customer data.
6. Reviews and calls
Our review tools only contact your genuine customers, and we never buy, write or incentivise reviews. You agree to use them in line with Google's policies and consumer law. Where calls are recorded by our AI Receptionist, you agree to tell callers where the law requires.
7. Third-party services
Our services rely on third parties such as Google, telephony, SMS, AI voice, CRM and hosting providers. Their own terms apply, and we're not responsible for outages or changes they control.
8. Privacy and messages
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We only send marketing texts with your consent, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We may still send service messages where the law allows.
9. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this website. If your signed agreement conflicts with this website, your agreement applies.
10. Changes and contact
