Why does AutoShopRep exist?
Most independent workshops do great work but lose jobs before the car ever arrives. Drivers compare stars on Google, then ring the shop that looks best. If the reviews are old, or nobody picks up because the team is under a car, that job goes down the road. We built AutoShopRep to fix those two leaks for workshops that don't have time to fix them themselves.
How do we work?
- We start with a free 20-minute shop audit of your Google profile and how your calls are handled.
- We set everything up in about a week. You approve the review messages and the receptionist's script first.
- Every month you get a plain-English report: new reviews, calls answered and jobs booked.
What won't we do?
- We never buy, write or incentivise reviews. Google's rules ban it, and so does Australian consumer law.
- We don't lock you into contracts.
- We don't keep your data or phone number hostage. They're yours.
